Text on reverse of card reads:
Kelton's Leek Orchid is a terrestrial orchid which is listed as critically endangered in NSW. The inflorescence is a dense spike 5 to 9cm long with 12 to 22 stalkless fragrant flowers, each 7 to 9mm across.
Kelton's Leek Orchid is known from a single population that occurs in a small area near Tumarumba, with just 400 plants thought to exist. It is threatened by weeds as well as grazing, trampling and rooting by feral animals.
