This Acacia is a fast growing small tree with feathery grey foliage and bright yellow blossoms in late winter and spring. The plant has become naturalised in areas of Victoria, NSW and ACT and is now considered to be an environmental weed in many areas. For this reason it should not be grown in areas near natural bushland.
